“we have a process” and also no one in the show room no one cares about your process. you should be begging people to drive your cars because you have to impress people not the other way around. and that’s tough for a failing manufacturer

Went into the dealership with some car trouble not expecting that I was going to have to purchase a new vehicle. Glenda helped me pick out a new vehicle and listen to the features I wanted the car to have she went above and beyond to help me out and did an excellent job. She only picked out the perfect car for me, but she was also very helpful when I was about to have a breakdown and was very understanding was very kind and Was very helpful with the entire process. I am extremely thankful for Glenda.
