The customer service ladies are wonderful here and communicate great but the service is not timely. They shouldn’t have appointments open if they can’t service that amount of cars in a day. Made an appointment at 8am to look at my car and see why the locks weren’t working and to fix them. I sat in the line for 20 minutes at 8am until I finally just went inside and checked in my car. Took my new Denali there for its first oil change, was greeted by the nicest lady. She answered all my husbands questions and the waiting room was stacked with free drinks!
I was optimistic and impressed at ability to locate parts, but 3 months later the insurance company totaled my car and Ken Garff would not repair the car or let me buy the parts. I was very dissatisfied with their policy to not work on branded titles. What's the point of a body shop that won't repair the body of a car that's been in an accident?
