Bought a new truck on 6/16/25 with the promise the paperwork would be sent to Florida right away. We called for updates and were flat-out lied to, told it was sent when it wasn’t. They didn’t bother sending it until 7/31, over a month later, which got my father’s license suspended on 8/5 for “no insurance,” even though we were fully insured. Do not work in the best interest of the customer
Oil change and tire rotation. Great service and friendly employees in the service center. However, the loud music/bass coming from the sales managers office while waiting was enough to drive you mad. So annoying!
Overall good experience. Financing part of buying car was easiest and less stress one had ever been in. Finance specialist presented options and left choice up to me no pressure selling. If I said didn’t want soemthing he moved on. Car salesman was great, Juan. Only bad part when had to do negotiations all of a sudden there was an extra $4k line for after market stuff to price. If wouldn’t of been for that would of been great experience and ultimately they ended up agreeing to taking $3500 off but had to do the stupid haggle... read more
