The sales man Vincent told me he could get me in my dream truck on the monthly payment I was looking for and he delivered.
Not happy with how long my vehicle is in the service department for a engine light that turns out to be a brake module. Two weeks ago and still not fixed. I've asked for a loaner and we don't have any your vehicle will be ready tomorrow but still no vehicle or we are working on it right now we'll contact you when it's ready tomorrow still no calls I'm about to get it towed somewhere else. If they would have told me they were really busy I would have gone somewhere else instead bad service department never using them anymore.

Big star does not get my business if it weren’t for Joseph. Just want that to be clear. Never met a more customer focused sales rep at any dealership like him. Any time me or a family member or friend are in the car buying business, we will only shop here and only if Joseph is on the other side of the table. He made the experience as smooth as can be.
