I’ve had good and bad service here. The last 3 times I tried calling for service nobody picked up the phone. I’m going to another Ford dealer now. Their “we hear you” ad is not true at all- they won’t even talk to you!

Be careful at this place. They charge over $1000 for what they say is an anti theft tool. They suggest it’s required. I got it removed from my invoice. Many dealers have their dealer and handling fees. These have to be the same regardless of the buyer at each dealer. I’ve often seen dealers try and tack on unnecessary charges, but this was far and away the most brazen and wild attempt I’d experienced at tying to confuse and sell the customer a very expensive item that few other dealers here would ever be so bold or arrogant ... read more

I’m interested in a hybrid Maverick but I have not been able to test drive one. After being mislead at a different Ford dealer I called here and talked to Frank. He was knowledgeable enough about the situation to tell me the hybrids will not be delivered until mid-January. Thank you for telling me that. I found that other dealers will mislead you just to get you on the lot. Thanks to Frank!
