The worst call centr in the world! They are never answered!
They didn’t pick up the phone, they open from 8am! I called them around 9am many many times.
They sent me parts I did not order with parts I did order. I did not have a problem with this because I just thought it was a mistake. Then I sent the parts back and ordered another part. They owed me over $150 for the parts I sent back. They tell me they cannot apply the credit because that is not how they do it. They want me to pay them $50 for this part even though they owe me a $150. They tell me they will send me a check. So I ask when and they tell me they have no idea. They throw out auto parts of all kinds in the dumpster.. I was baffled, I mean a whole blue roll away dumpster full of ..... AUTO PARTS. They're really nice, friendly guys.. they let you collect whatever. At least it doesn't go to waste. I can't honestly say I've been inside, but I'll admit I did go dumper diving..
