Absolutely the worst dealer I've dealt with. The previous owner was top notch. The new owners just want your $$. Take your truck across the street to the Pete Store. I will not do business with All Roads unless absolutely necessary. Thieves all.
They abuse on labor, same job quoted with other dealers in different states, and is around 4 to 5 hours of labor max for an outlet nox sensor, including troubleshooting. They are charging 11 hrs for a 5 hours job. Also, they disconnected the gps on the truck to not leave evidence on when the truck was placed in their shop bay using as excuse that should not be connected like that when we have 90 plus units installed with Samsara GPS. Definitely reporting this to BBB
If you ever want the best deal at this dealership ask for Kelvin he's the best of the best, he'll check to find the best discount and his team are very helpful, he even treats me like the Mayor Of Crofton. Make sure to call the store to check if Kelvin is on site to get the best experience.
I took my Kenworth to these guys for derate sign on dashboard but they changed away major parts of my truck with faulty transmission, rusted differentials , faulty steering box , faulty shocks , groose control, stolen my spare fuel cap, stolen my portable rechargeable battery . They used five days. They charged me. I will never recommend this shop to anyone .
