They did not do the required services mandated by gmc while under warranty. Then after out of warranty try to hit my wife with a 6.500 bill with things that should have been done before. Had my wife and kids driving a vehicle with cords showing a the tires. I had to rebuild the motor not to long after they cracked the block do to hydraulic a bolt never buy a car from these people
John was a great sales person to work with. He isn't about all the pomp and circumstance most sales people use. I highly value not dealing with pushy sales people or the ones that like to waste your time. I appreciate John respecting my time and making the process effortless. One area of improvement is the tactics to push purchasing the extended warranty when in the finance office signing the paperwork. I recently purchased a Sierra EV. I had a great experience with my salesman John K. I was an out of sate buyer and I was dealing with 5 or 6 dealerships. John had the best communication skills and in the end when I had matching offers, I went with Faulkner bc he was straight forward, not pushy, and was timley with his responses. When he knew it would take a bit to get back to me he let me know and followed up promptly. I live over 300 miles from the dealer and had the car at my front door in 2 days with no delivery fee!
