I attempted to return brand-new, unused bottles of transmission fluid within the 10-day return period, with the original receipt in hand. The receipt only states, “No Returns On Electrical Items,” yet the dealership refused to process my return. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the item was non-returnable. Yet when I called other Honda dealerships, this was not the case and would accept my return with no problem, as long as I had my reciept and was within the 10 day return period. The process was good until they didn't have the wheels I was quoted on the day before. I waited 90 minutes believing four new wheels were installed with wheel alignments, to be informed nothing was done! This was my first visit.
