Purchased a newer used vehicle from Roger’s Dodge in Lewiston November 2025, was told vehicle completely serviced and ready to go. After purchasing for cash and verifying through dealers maintenance records found transmission had not been serviced and was 5k miles over recommended service interval. Went vehicle shopping for my wife and found a car we liked. Once we sat down to talk numbers, the salesperson brought us their offer, and we started negotiating. Back in March, the wife and I decided we were going to buy a new car since our old one was turning into a money pit. We found one we liked at a dealership that had 4.6/5 stars. We have been very disappointed with their service department at Lithia. We had the car in for regular oil changes and defective lights and mentioned several times about the car having trouble to shift into reverse. But they always said we can't help you there is no code showing up. Now we actually had the light show up and it was giving them a code for the transmission, our warranty was expired! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER IN MY OPINION. Sales process fine... Ernest Green is a good salesperson. I'd buy from him again. Not at Westgate, no chance! Bought used Jeep Compass Latitude Lux. 5 safety failures occurred (all indicated by Console errors and lights). Short story... the dealership had the vehicle for nearly 12 weeks. I have purchased from this group of dealerships Oxmoor Auto Group for over 12 years with a total of 10 car purchases and have always enjoyed a pleasant experience. We purchased a 2025 RAM 1500 from Taverna Doge and had it delivered 220 miles. When it arrived it had no brakes, and looked like it had been sitting in a dirt field for months. The vehicle had multiple dents and scratches on the vehicle. The sales rep said that the vehicle had no scratches on the vehicle when she inspected it, and the videos sent to us as a predelivery inspection, 2 weeks before it was delivered showed no scratches. I can't say enough about the experience I had at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My experience was very fast, easy and painless. Douglas was amazing, no pressure, very kind and courteous. Johnathan made the finance process easy and smooth. They both were very professional and I got a beautiful car that fits my budget.
