Ordered a emblem from the parts department. Received a message that they couldn't ship without a vin. I wrote back that we are shop and this was a custom part so VIN didn't apply. This is what I received back "As stated before I cannot place an order without a VIN" followed by an immediate cancel. No further help or communication was provided.
