The place and people that work there are completely incompetent. Took vehicle in for recall inspection and also because the vehicle for no rhyme or reason would throw engine codes and the car would go into limp mode to the point where the car barely accelerates. Took the car in while it was actually doing what it does and in limp mode, asked them not to turn the car off because the car goes back to running like it should, well Mr Donovan turns the car off after being asked not to.
