Awful customer service Avoid this business, if you can. I am from Cleveland, but I live in Indianapolis. Over the holidays, I brought my car to my family's mechanic here in Cleveland. It was determined that I needed a rack, which I bought from World. Upon getting the car back to Indianapolis, the rack was found to be defective. I had to buy another rack in Indy and pay for labor once again. I am in Cleveland again this week and I brought the defective rack for return.
