Adrian is the guy, he needs to be promoted, hold on if he gets promoted, he's not going to be picking up the phone, Customers may lose such a great gentleman. When a guy from another branch messed up my order, he was on top of the whole process, made sure the part was ready for us to pick up. He called me back a few times, made sure everything went smooth.
