I used to love this place a year and a half back. I stopped coming here because one bad incident with a lady (laura) in the warehouse. She was so mean looking and nasty before I even tried to speak to her after a while of ringing the bell with answer and no one else around, I decided to ask her for assistance and she gave me a mean mug and stared for a while after just walking away into a back room. Excellent customer service. The branch manager Jordan is very knowledgeable and friendly. I got my parts very quickly since I’m rebuilding the suspension in my car. The prices are affordable as well. Most things are cheaper than AutoZone and Advance Auto.
This 1star is for Jordan and Jordan only! This weirdo is VERY problematic and rude! His attitude is disgusting! Very sassy like a little girl! Everyone else is so helpful and knowledgeable, Jordan is the complete opposite! He needs to be removed from the team ASAP. They would be better off without him!
