Needed a battery and got a much better price than Napa or autozone. Very helpful employees, and it was definitely worth the 24 mile round-trip to get to the Indio store.
Very few parts and accessories and they don't offer any services like changing out batteries. Just go to Autozone it's the same price but way more service, I made that mistake now I'm driving home to bring tools to then take out my battery in THEIR parking lot just to get a new battery from them under a warranty. Boggles my mind that they make the customers do it in the parking lot...
Customer service was terrible when I called, the person who I spoke to was in a bad mood from the start; I would think someone who is older than the store would have learned some proper customer service and basic mannerism.
