Parts Authority now has made their mark in the parts business; gasket I needed was not available at this store but they were able to have it ordered from the Bronx location and had me ready to go by 4pm same-day. Great local store for the community and staff are very accommodating to helping customers, their location is prime!

Here is the worst, I order a car parts the staff told me to come back the next day when I go they was like the order didnt went through I can go back around 2 when I go again they said no parts here. Total waste of time. Very unprofessional

I would like to formally express my concerns regarding the ongoing unprofessional behavior of two counter employees, Harry and Monish. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed both employees spending excessive time eating while attending to customers. This often results in delays, with customers being interrupted mid-order to answer phone calls. Extremely disappointed with this place. I called ahead to order three parts, but when I arrived for pickup, they only handed me two. I immediately pointed out that a part was missing, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff told me I had to step aside and reorder it. No accountability, no urgency. It was a complete waste of time, especially since I was in a rush to get back to my shop.
