Came early on a saturday at 7:20am and confirmed day before on Friday that store opens at 7:00am on Saturday just to get hanged up and no one at the store on Alma school road and Guadalupe. Shame because I really like coming here. I'm taking service somewhere else.

Love this place! Heard about it in a YT video and glad I did. Came in for some rotors nobody else had in stock for a reasonable price. Enter Parts Authority, these guys were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly they have civilized prices. Will definitely return. Skip the Irishman and the zone just go to these dudes
Great service the gentleman really tried to help me find the right part for my car. Unfortunately they didn't carry it in state .
