We had a rental with some problems, and a person at their main number helped me ensure the part we needed was at the store we'd be driving by, and put the order in so it'd be waiting when we got there. When we had trouble with installing the new part, someone (the manager?) was so kind and helped us out. The price of the part seemed very reasonable too!
This place is a circus full of clowns. Don't waste your time like i did!
