I bought brakes two years ago. Purchased a lifetime warranty- and called once one brake was squeaking. They said we have to order them - another two weeks for them to come in. Then get a call from employee saying they are in and it’ll be 10$ for “freightfee” and to switch the old ones out. So I took the old ones out and drove there to pickup new ones. Then I’m told by the employee on December 7th at 3pm- that he wouldn’t take the old brakes even though only one was messed up and I had purchased them from Parts authority only... read more
