Terrible customer service, very rude said they had something in store went into location and said none of the locations cary that after saying they had it and would help me out honestly just more in disbelief on how terrible the customer service was even if they didn’t have the part.

I worked at the parts Authority on 32nd St. and Greenway for close to three years and I loved it.! My manager Tracy was one of the best bosses I’ve ever had and his assistant manager, Pam and his other Personnel Mike, were very smart awesome people.The dispatchers were great and my fellow male and female delivery drivers were likeseeing my family every day when I showed up for work and although I have a great job right now I miss all of them and I miss working there, I also miss many of the people from the stores and shops t... read more
