It's official. Some college grad kid has found out how to destroy this company. As of today, I am calling a central dispatch number that routes my call to any available branch person, that I have no established repor with. I deal with the El Cajon branch, but my call goes elsewhere. I asked to speak to Branon, and the guy says he'll transfer me to Brenda. It took me 4 phone calls to get through to El Cajon.
