The staff has been amazing to work with. Any issues I have had has been resolved in the up most urgency. Along with a follow up to make sure I was happy with the service. The maintenance team are very responsive and the most respectful staff that I have ever worked with. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live I would highly recommend partridge run apartments.
Being a older buildings Partridge run apartments are well maintained, new appliance. Clean floors , updated kitchens and bathrooms , current maintenance team are great they get your repairs quickly with a sense of quality in there work.
The only AC unit in our apartment broke in the summer. I spoke with the emergency maintenance line on that Sunday who informed me that most apartments list a broken AC as an emergency, but that because Partridge run does not, they couldn’t come to service it. When they finally sent someone days later, he said we’d just need a new one. A week goes by so I called the complex and they were shocked that we haven’t gotten a temporary one. 0 sense of urgency in addressing any tenant issues. Work orders are slow/delayed dramatically for simple tasks (not sure why). Our AC unit stopped pushing cold air coolant & needs replacing. We put in a request and called the 24hr line. The man who answered said “AC is not listed as an emergency repair for your unit. Which is surprising because usually AC and heat are the top priorities we deal with” I had to go out and purchase a $250 dollar window unit to keep our bedroom cool enough to sleep in.
