Patrick was a huge help he came promptly and worked very professionally; Huge help!
I've lived here for almost two years, in two different apartments, and I've had nothing but great experiences with the office, and maintenance, staff. Recently, I reported a couple of small issues to maintenance and they were quick to try to fix the issue. Patrick came in this morning, immediately jumped to work, and explained everything every step of the way. Super laid-back guy and very easy to talk to. He also went above and beyond what he had originally came in for. Give that guy a raise!
Patrick was super helpful and efficent while helping us with our AC Unit. Very respectful and nice! So greatful for all your help!
I put a request to fix my leaky bathroom sink. On Monday, I was out of town Sunday to Monday. I came home that afternoon on Monday....AND IT WAS DONE.😀thank you to Jason...
The staff has been amazing to work with. Any issues I have had has been resolved in the up most urgency. Along with a follow up to make sure I was happy with the service. The maintenance team are very responsive and the most respectful staff that I have ever worked with. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live I would highly recommend partridge run apartments.
