Prompt service, fair price, love my new roof. First called when we had a leak in our roof, arrived quickly, patched the roof, gave us an estimate, and a year later, when we had saved up for the new roof, even with inflation, the new price was fair and not far off from the original quote.

Blake Partridge came put on an emergency while it was raining during our recent multi-day storm. A leak had developed and a large section of our ceiling had collapsed along with a lot of wet blown in insulation. We all thought he had fixed the issue, but it was still slowly leaking a couple hours later. He came back to Apple Valley from Lucerne, in the rain, and removed about 75 square feet if concrete tile, pit down underlayment and replaced the tile. Used partridge roofing for the last couple projects… mostly fixing other contractors mistakes. All work is noticeably higher quality with great attention to detail and good materials. Never had to call them back to fix any work they’ve done. We’ve had patios redone, sheds, tile on house, and regular shingle on roof.

I would highly recommend Partridge Roofing company, a Father/Son Owned Business. They are reliable, professional, ethical and quick to respond to phone calls and texts. They get the job done in a timely manor. Very pleased with their work!
