Hickory Meadow Hickory Meadow is excellent -- 5 Stars+ I wish I could share more Stars. The Manager, Melissa, is just wonderful -- So very helpful. She goes above and beyond to be of help to you. Nicest place to live in Indiana The townhouses are well kept. The grounds are immaculate.
Doesn't respond to applications or calls Doesn't respond and no way to get ahold of company. Don't waste your time.
CLOSED DOWN Hasn't answered a phone or returned call in 4 months at office or corporate all go to same voicemail doesn't even ring straight to voicemail, and all email doesn't work either doesn't respond in any way to any @wodagroup.com emails. Also doesn't follow up on applications, place is definitely CLOSED DOWN!! At least I hope or this company is very shady just taking peoples information, BEWARE!!
Great Place I’ve always wanted to live here, looks very cozy and a place I could call home
Terrible management The management is rude, they will walk into the apartments without notification, they will crank the AC to the lowest settings while I am not home. I do believe this violates the agreement on so many levels, which I haven't spoke to my lawyer yet, but that is the next place I am going.
Don't Do It! They're unable to retain employees due to poor treatment and wages, we havent had a maintenance person last more than a week. Same for the property managers. Major repairs are needed. The rent has been raised twice this year alone, one increase over a hundred dollars. Not even sure if this is legit. Rule book is a foot thick and only applies to some. Don't do it!
Hickory Meadow The property is well maintained and the staff is always there to assist her residents and answer any questions. Great place to live.
Wasted time I called the rental office Tuesday to schedule a tour on Thursday at 5 pm. The office isn’t supposed to close til 6 but I guess they went home early because I wasted my time and gas. I won’t be recommending these to anyone especially since they close early, don’t consider other people’s time, and have no type of communication when I called both numbers they have.
