AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I’ve waited 6 months before posting this review, to be sure that it’s not just a fluke… My approved used BMW broke down in January after the battery totally discharged overnight. A BMW roadside tech came out, ran some diagnostics and said the electric water pump wasn’t shutting down and was draining the battery (a fairly common BMW fault), so he had the car recovered to Partridge of Hampshire. A big thank you to David Roberts and Mike.When I was abroad had to do a repair. Come back to the UK and have been seen by David. He took all of the paperwork from me and with Mike submitted a claim to the warranty department to claim the money back for us. After a week received a call from David that our claim has been accepted by BMW and money will be paid back to our account (over 700 GBP). What an amazing customer service.
