Insanely rude. Just because there’s a lot of business in Florida, does not give their broker the right to speak to anyone with such disdain and disrespect. Also they’re deleting all their poor reviews
I had a highly unprofessional experience with Ismael. He was verbally abusive over the phone and failed to address a critical issue I brought to his attention. His conduct was disappointing, and his management of our unresolved issues has been ineffective. Moreover, Ismael falsely accused me of discrimination without justification. The Best Real Estate Company. I don't split my commission with anybody. I don't pay monthly payment to use any printer or computer, and our broker Ismael is always ready to help me any time. I should put 10 stars but google only lets me put 5.
Ismael is an excellent person to work with. He is always available when I have a question, even answers the phone while on vacation. The only brokerage I know that offers 100% commission to agents. Can't think of working with anyone else!!
