For the past four weeks, I have made numerous attempts to contact Partnership Property Management regarding an unresolved maintenance issue at the Villas of Hickory Tree. I have left multiple messages, spoken with office staff, and was told that my notes were personally delivered to the maintenance coordinator. I have also reached out directly to the property manager. If i could give them 0 i would they put me thru hell my whole stay here 2 cure letters because of stupid little stuff they won’t let you pass gas in peace you can’t even enjoy the apartment let alone see it before you buy you just have to trust the process not gonna lie the apartments are beautiful but you gonna really have to pay for it with the amount of inspections they have to do pretty much every week… they only in office every Tuesday and Thursday but when you need to get in touch with somebody in the office they lock ... read more
Never answers the phone never calls back, you have to show up to corporate office in person then they love to act shocked like the phones don't work, never received my security deposit back and will be suinggg . 😊
We have an amazing office manager at East Haven in Swannanoa. She keeps our complex clean, safe and happy. It's all in the management you get at your complex (in my experience) and we got really lucky here!! I lived at an apartment complex in Arden years ago that had beautiful apartments but it was terrible because of the manager, who never showed up for the tenants because they simply just didn't care about us!
