My rent go up randomly, overnight. In fact it have increased 4 times since September. I'm a 18 year resident in my community, struggling to recover from a auto accident and stroke. Management have taken the opportunity to force me out with fraudulent charges on my account...fraudulent because no notice have been sent to me by mail, email etc. They need to fix the hazardous shacks. Would you pay $900 to live like this? That's my kitchen plumbing water backed up into my bathtub...was unable to shower for days.
