Was closed despite a giant sign outside saying it is open 7 days a week. No updated hours on website or a message if you call them. Horrible experience in an urgent situation
I had a severe cough and shortness of breath and had a feeling it was something serious since it was making my quality of life harder. Was given a covid test (even though I already had taken one and it was negative). Waited 40 minutes for the result of my rapid covid test (negative). Nobody told me it was going to be a slow wait time. A warning would have been nice. Instead I had to pop my head out the door because I thought they had forgotten about me and my results. Got there at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. Was seen and all set by 10 am. Providers were kind and it was amazing being seen so quickly!
This place is EXTREMELY PRICEY, even with insurance. I got charged $800 for an exam that took less than 3 minutes, consisted of someone listening to my chest, and involved no labs or imaging. Avoid if you have any other option to do so.
