I will post a better review when I get my full deposit back.... I gave them the mailbox keys I paid \$45 for and took 3 days cleaning the house. It was left better than when I got it from them. I even paid someone \$60 to have the lawns mowed properly and they re telling me they need to clean the house lol.

This property management company is by far the worst I have ever rented from, they have horrible customer service skills, the most simple tasks seem to be beyond their ability to grasp for example creating/servicing a work order. They cannot even manage to add a few extra lines of text into their rental agreement so they can be able to provide new tenants a mailbox key instead they simply tell each new tenant to pay to have a mailbox re-keyed. Avoid renting from these retards at all costs.

I must beg to differ with Kenneth. The staff at Windermere Property Management have been the first rental agency who actually showed some proffesionalism in their services. They are prompt to return calls and answer questions. When they presented themselves to us they were very organized and were able to cover all of our needs for renting our property out.
