I've rented my condo from Partners Management in Houston for the past three years. The landlords are nice and the rent is reasonable. Repairs can be a bit slow but that is understandable as they manage many units.

Unfortunately, I have not had a very good experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I have been renting a home from them for a little over a year. I have required repairs several times which have generally been relatively prompt, if not always professional. My first washing machine repair resulted in massive flooding inside my home.
