I think they are out of business. My homeowner's insurance recently doubled, so I've called and emailed a number of times, but no one responds. UPDATE: Definitely out of business.

Sheila lied to me! I asked about renewing my policy in December and she wrote in an email "I'll look into your renewal." Then just didn't do that, and the agency got bought and closed up shop without notifying me. They left me hanging without a policy and no contact. The email goes nowhere, the phone just rings and the office door is locked up.

Ashley Jackson was not helpful and will hang up on you if she doesn't like what you say. Even when you are polite but persistent due to being ignored for two weeks. I had to call from another phone # in order to get someone to answer, since they can Id your call. My emails have gone responded to. Not very professional for an Insurance agency.
