Do not try to schedule here. I am an established patient here and can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I see Dr. E and love her, I used to recommend this practice to people all the time. Not anymore. Something has changed. You have to message your doctor directly through a patient portal, which is ridiculous. Doctors should be seeing patients, not answering small questions and scheduling appointments. Also, they don't answer the phone and they don't return messages.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE Dr Burrows. But if you have a serious issue (miscarriage) for instance. And you call over and over message after message and the nurse NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. It's ridiculous. I am changing my obgyn because of this and that's really sad because Dr. Burrows is great. But God forbid you need to talk to someone because it won't happen so you might at well go to the ER like I had to.

This office is very difficult to get a hold of . It bounces from location to location. When you finally get a hold of someone they then have to transfer you to the correct location and sometimes the call is lost. I highly recommend getting different phone numbers for each location. I am new in town and my experience trying to become a new patient has been extremely difficult .

Place was disgusting right when you walk in the door, better off going to a public health department. I forgot my mask and was given a cloth one that looks like it was previously worn and washed before, was told I had to have it on when going back. Was sitting and filling out paperwork and another lady opened the window and started yelling at me to put the mask on. Don’t waste your time or energy in this horrible place. The staff is like all the other reviews, very rude and unprofessional.
