I would give this zero stars if it was allowed. Mona who answered the phone is extremely rude and not helpful at all. She hung up on me once and I had to call back and she was still very rude.
If I could give zero stars I would. Someone by the name of Anita at this facility is very rude and very unprofessional. The manager Anesa needs to coach/train her on her customer service because it’s absolutely HORRIBLE.
