I've been going to Partners in Wellbeing for 10 + years. I was a patient of Dr. Jeffery Collins and he was the absolute best. He helped me not only with my depression and anxiety, but in areas that weren't his responsibility. The day I found out he retired, I was terrified that I would never be able to replace him. I came to Partners In Well Being seriously in trouble. Dr. Bruce Tapper and Dr. Mejah Soong have helped me immensely and I am grateful to both of them. Dr. Soong has been an excellent therapist and prescriber. She has helped me with a number of mental health issues including PTSD, insomnia, anxiety and substance abuse. Thanks to her and Dr. Tapper my quality of life has improved greatly. Both my family and I are extremely grateful for everything they have done for me.

Mejah Soong change my meds on first appointment. Mental health declined as a result and Mejah ghosted me. Would not return my calls for help and support. Bruce Tapper was aware I was now in crisis, and took no action to assist. To this day I have not received a return call. Shameful! Partners in Well Being, not a true statement. I still welcome a call back to understand why a mental health provider ignored my calls for help after a medication change.
