Inaccurate diagnostics that lacked whether or not someone saw a physical therapist less than a week before at the hospital despite being told. Did not consider past medical documentation and felt that they could understand medical situations better than a medical professional. OT was very unprofessional towards client from the start and did not take into consideration what the client’s norm was or why events may have unfolded in a specific way. Do not recommend.
They are really nice to you,make you feel comfortable. Listen to your concerns and explain things clearly. Awesome place, special thanks to Lori.
I have been using their services for over a year now following a motor vehicle accident. They are thorough and professional and would highly recommend them!
