Ever since being deemed as SMI I was put here into Partners and I absolutely get no help at all. I get more better caring people at the Marc Center than I do here. They Counselor is always busy never answers the phone and never returns your voice messages. There's too much going on and half the time the counselor has to change meetings and if the counselor is busy you have to talk to some other stranger on the "Hope Team" Which makes things more complicated.
