I have been seeing Matt Miller for a while now and have gotten (and continue to get) SO much from our sessions. I’ve been in therapy for a long while and never really felt like I got anything for my time but Matt instantly gave me practical tools, explained things in a visual and engaging way that really worked for me. The Psychs seem great but had some poor experiences with their admin. Didn't receive a telehealth link till about 10 mins into appt time. Also had an appt offered to which I didn't reply, when I notified them it wasn't suitable they tried to charge a missed appt fee. You can't book people without their consent then charge them for that!
Absolutely wonderful, caring, flexible, empathetic, supportive and enabling team! I would not have made this much progress on my own or without access to people with their own lived experience.
My husband was counselled by Jessica Denz. Although I understand Jessica was on probation at the time, I believe her assessment and approach was damaging to our relationship. Jessica not only labelled our relationship purely based her assumptions and one sided account. A more experienced and professional mental health practitioner should be providing constructive feedback and strategies to assist individuals as well as couples, this was not the case in our situation which further added negativity towards our relationship rat... read more
