Has anyone noticed that there are medical providers rather than professionals? Do not waste your time here. I was introduced to Dr. Paul on my tour. The marketing rep seemed enamored with him. He didn’t welcome me or say glad you’re here. I didn’t trust my instincts and made an appointment. After my office visit, I reviewed the paperwork and discovered I had been diagnosed with diabetes. He didn’t perform any kind of lab work and there was no discussion. The office manager said she straighten out that false narrative. RUN do... read more

I took my Elderly father here as I thought it was great they do Primary care just for seniors. We saw Dr. Krista McCann. All she did was refer us out for everything we wanted to address in the appointment. I had called prior to our appointment twice to confirm they could do a basic cognitive test and give a reccomendation that my Dad shouldn't be driving. When we got there Dr. McCann said she could not do that and referred us out to a Nuerolgist. This is negligence on her part as my Dad's cognitive abilities are going down h... read more

No xray there. Lab was on lunch break. Told us to take dad in W/C to xray up the road and then come back for labs. They are not patient friendly or family of patient friendly. We were treated like we were a bother to them.

First though, rather than having classes and hobby information, you should concentrate on taking care of your patients!! Since becoming patients approximately 4 years ago it’s been nothing but trouble for us. Today’s topic is referrals. Unfortunately, I’ve had to have referrals more than once for different medical issues. For some reason, my referrals NEVER go through! Centerwell will tell us absolutely ANYTHING as to why it’s ... read more

I had to see a physician yesterday, November 14, 2024, instead of my regular healthcare provider at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. While my regular provider there is absolutely wonderful, this female medical doctor was horrible horrible horrible! She had the worst bedside manner of any healthcare provider that I have ever had. Also, it was evident to me that she didn't even bother to look at my chart to get my history and I doubt that she even knew I was a diabetic. She was lazy or just didn't want to be bothered with me an... read more
