Very disappointed. Tried them twice based on the reviews, never again! Patient neglect is astounding.no communication among staff and heaven forbid your appointment is at lunchtime!
I just wanted to thank the staff at the Gastonia Primary Senior Care for getting my meds back to me in such a timely manner!! It’s so refreshing when you get to interact with people instead of a robot these days! A special thanks to Cindy for driving to my home to make sure I had my medicine! I’m most grateful to you all! The weekend phone receptionist went beyond what her job was just to ensure that I was ok!
