My husband went to Centerwell Anderson SC months ago.... blood work was ordered by Physician . Soon after we recvd invoice in total for bloodwork in full. After attempts to get answers why our Medicare/Supplemental did not pay, we recvd word that Centerwell put the wrong code on submission forms to Medicare/Supplemental. We were then told they would resubmit and resolve. Months later no answers. My husband is starting to be concerned about Centerwells entire Procedures and Customer Services ,.
Yes,I have been going to centerwell shortly after they opened it was Partners in Primary Care the Doctor that I had was AWESOME now I feel like that I'm not getting the proper care
Seriously the WORST physicians office I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Besides lying to their patients and refusing to give an appt, the staff are rude condescending twits. Don't even.
