In 2015, I had a conversation with my primary care physician about a health problem I was experiencing. He thought Dr. Sanjay Gandhi, a urogynecologist, would be able to help me. I knew I needed to see a doctor who knew what he was doing. Dr. Gandhi certainly does. He and all his staff are very professional, yet they are so caring and they have put me at ease. Being under their care has improved the quality of my life.
Dr Gandhi was amazing when I needed him most after my surgery. So surprised by these other reviews.. Dr Gandhi was extremely attentive, thorough, and answered all of my questions. He checked up on me from his personal cell phone and went above and beyond for me. I’m so grateful I had a specialist like him. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ghandi has good bedside manner but does not listen to patient. He gave me a wrong test result. The only reason I know it was a wrong is I am a nurse and had read the result. BEWARE of bladder instillation. This procedure has to be sterile. Staff has no sterile glove, no sterile field, used the water from sink to wet the tip of cotton to clean me (has to be at least iodine), contaminated the cath, Sloppy and Dirty technique. Recipe for severe infection. Please DO NOT go to him.

Dr. Sanjay was great along with his assistants. However, his receptionist and billing department are horrible. The receptionist is quite rude and is always on her cellphone. I overheard her complaining about Christmas bonuses in front of patients. Very unprofessional!

Visits are short because he is always overbooked I waited over an hour before I left for my six week follow up appointment. After surgery he never came back to let me know how surgery went or what to expect after surgery. Why do doctors think their time is more valuable then mine??
