Rent to own scam on a cpap machine. Told me during the fitting I was eligible to buy the unit outright, so I did. Then 6 months later they changed to a rent to own arrangement (no consent from me), and started billing me and my insurance - except I did not ever receive any bills. My first notice was when they sent me a past due. We are going back and forth on this now. My portion of the rental is far more than the outright purchase of the cpap machine, supplies, and mask from a multitude of different internet vendors.
I've had to call hospice twice in the muddle of the night, because of my Dads health they were right on top of things, I Thank God for hospice!

I had awesome care when I needed it at home and they were fantastic with my mom during her hospice
The personal care given to us was the biggest help we got. They were there whenever we needed them and made us feel loved and cared for, They will remain part of our family forever
