If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want a doctor that will support you advocating for yourself, Dr. Juarez is NOT IT. Dr. Juarez just treats numbers, she doesn't treat patients. She's not directly rude, she's just indifferent. The first thing she did was destroy my trust in my PCP and offer me a new one. She did this by looking up my PCP and telling me all the reasons why my PCP wasn't as good as she was and that my PCPs motivations were not above board. Horrible customer service. Held my prescription hostage because my PCP didn't send the referral in time and she still allowed me to be seen and "needed to get paid". Not my problem. I had to do both her office job and my PCP's office job to get the referral correctly backdated to "she could get paid". Unbelievable that someone would recall a script of needed daily medication so they could get paid by insurance even though I paid my $70 copay for a 5 minute visit. I will not be back.

This provider does not have great bedside manner, discourages the patient from asking questions about potential solutions, and is frank about not wasting her time with prior authorization processes. Similar reviews go into this much more in depth, I’m disheartened but also mildly relieved to see that I was not the only one she spoke to like this.

Dr Juarez was very thorough in her exam. She was kind and compassionate regarding my concerns.
