I like the Great Neck office. I have anxiety and trauma from my childhood when I visit the dentist. Dr. Bichu is meticulous, professional and attentive. Her assistant is the same. I'm not sure how the billing is generated however they could use some improvement on what the patient out of pocket cost is in a more timely manner prior to the dental procedure.
Been going to this dentist to years. Love how well I am taken care of. They understand and promote holistic care responsibly.
