I am truly concerned for members of our vulnerable society who use the services of Partnership in Care. Thankfully My daughter has family members to advocate for her. During our time with partners and care they were consistently late on payments. Paying wrong amounts, missing due dates for tax burdens and overcharging for services that should’ve been viewed as PIC expenses. My daughter was turned over for collections, and threatened with a tax lien by the IRS for nonpayment of taxes. The constant turnover of staff causes cha... read more

Updated 9/2021: I got a little bit worried because they had some high turnover and weren't very responsive for a while. But it seems to still be going good. I needed to escalate a problem and the owner Bill jumped right in. Thanks so much Bill and Saul. I am so glad to partner with you! Updated 8/2020: I'm still having a really great experience with PIC. Partners in Care gave me an estimate of "$5,000 to $10,000" for handling probate and said my father's estate was simple and would be on the low end. They also promised to expedite it. They ended up taking over $19,000 and drew it out for 15 months. I had three experienced, ethical probate attorneys look at the charges. One said, "I am so sorry this happened to you; it is just wrong!" Another one asked if the estate was over $2 million (judging their charges). It was under $300K. A probate attorney with 30 years' experience l... read more
