I have been employed by Partners in Care for the past 10 years, both as a caregiver and the caregiver Liaison. As a caregiver I never felt "alone" because I knew I was always supported by the office staff. The hours were flexible, and I was able to work with what fit my schedule as a single mom. As a member of the office staff, I feel the owners and fellow employees respect and appreciate my contributions. Reaching out to this company all those years ago was one of the best decisions of my life.
I wish I could give this place a five-star rating due to the exceptional staff and their willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs over the past two years. However, when I submitted my notice, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment or communication from the management. It would have been nice to receive a simple thank you for my hard work or well wishes for the future.
