My family and I purchased our PIB home in AUG 2018; moved in about 60 days later. The sales process, quarterbacked by Barbara Ann, was smooth. No hiccups at all...one disclaimer - we did buy a spec home... Like with any new home, we had a few wrinkles to work through. However, that is to be expected. The care and quality put in to these homes is lacking. They under pay and undervalue their subcontracts that then, in turn, do subpar work. I had to have my hard wood floors redone within the first year (due to water damage from an improperly installed front door and window in my front entrance) and they mismanaged the project from start to finish.
