If this is Houston's best home builder I hate to see their worst. Our house is 5 yrs old and we so far have spents over 12000.00 in repairs that aren't covered in their warranty program and their useless Home warranty service which essentially you pay for but doesn't cover anything unless the house falls down. Do you think it's time for my friend (ATTORNEY) Mediation is useless at this point!!!!!
Partners in Building built houses that they call custom but when you ask for changes on their idea of custom they take it very personal and want to charge you an extraordinary amount so you feel its just not worth it. Calls and emails are not returned starting with higher owner/management. We highly recommend you look else where for a builder and do no recommend anyone buying and if you do, you will be like us taking a BIG chance hoping that you are getting the real deal. Partners in Building – Company strives to be good.
Partners in Building – My experience with PIB has been less than satisfactory. I strongly suggest you personally check out their sub-contractors and monitor the work. It’s just good business but would also make sure everything is in writing and documented throughout your business relationship. That includes from the prospect through client and then closed. Not enough smiling and friendly faces while a prospect will cover the cost to replace and repair work later.
Excellent service – We just moved into our new PIB house in Katy (Firethorne). We have a customized floorplan with a unique lot and elevation. The PIB salesman, Scotty, was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The construction supervisor, Ryan, was on top of everything from start to finish. PIB built a fantastic house for us and did everything they could to ensure we were happy. I would definitely build another house with PIB, especially if I could deal with Scotty and Ryan.
Houston's Best Custom Homebuilder – We recently moved into our Partners in Building custom home in Bellaire, and we couldn't be more thrilled. We were able to design our floorplan from scratch, and also walk through homes being built by Partners in Building for inspiration (really helped when it came to making selections).
