Absolutely awful! Very disappointing! Seven hours to get bloodwork back. Five hours to be called back for a CT scan. Just terrible! Left us in a waiting room all day with no lights on.
From being rolled into the ER, to finding a room, surgery, and discharge, EVERYTHING was fantastic. string me along to tell me not a single doctor at any location is accepting new patients these people will leave you to die
My nurse informed me she would be involved in the middle of a strike, kindly. I was completely stable at the time and wouldn't be spending much longer there anyway, but it ended up being days before I could get my discharge papers because as I was informed they illegally denied the nurses to return to work after less than a couple of hours. If you are truly experiencing an emergency, definitely do not come here. They have the worst staff—nurses with very poor manners—and, above all, you will have to wait up to five hours only for them to do nothing in the end. This is perhaps the most incompetent hospital in all of M.A. Make sure to come here only if you have a mild headache; otherwise, their staff will turn your stay into your worst nightmare.
